The methods at which this would be employed is through a 24/7 Helpdesk Support and a Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.

In line with the related and established core business model, this service, when utilised, would ascertain the proper quality controls via detailed inspections, rectifications, and testing, which would in turn allow us to develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Strategy that we would constantly review and monitor until resolved.
